The Most Congested City in the World: London
Coming at number one, London, UK takes an average of 37 minutes and 20 seconds per 10 kilometers, recording a congestion level of 45%. The time lost to congestion in London counts up to as high as 148 hours per year, with an average speed of 14 km/h.
