Pune: Pimpri Chinchwad residents to face water supply disruptions on Oct 17 and 18
Pune, October 16, 2024: The water supply department of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has announced a water supply disruption on October 17 and 18 due to urgent maintenance works.
The water supply will be cut off in the evening of October 17, continuing into the morning of Friday, October 18. Residents of Pimpri-Chinchwad are advised to be prepared for a temporary water supply disruption on Thursday, October 17, due to essential electrical maintenance and repairs at the Nigdi water treatment plant.
The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has informed that water will be available in the morning of October 17, but supply will be cut off in the evening, continuing into the morning of Friday, October 18.
The Water Supply Department has requested the residents to conserve the available water and use it wisely during this maintenance period. They appreciate the community’s cooperation and understanding as they work to ensure the facility operates efficiently.
