Pune Gets Two Vande Bharat Trains to Kolhapur and Hubballi; Maharashtra’s 8th Vande Bharat Flagged Off on Nagpur-Secunderabad Route

The Central Railway has flagged off the Vande Bharat Express trains connecting Pune to Kolhapur and Hubballi, along with the Nagpur-Secunderabad route. With these new additions, Maharashtra now boasts a total of eight Vande Bharat trains, enhancing connectivity and comfort for passengers.

Kolhapur-Pune Vande Bharat Express:

  • Tri-weekly Service: Operates every Thursday, Saturday, and Monday.
  • Departure from Kolhapur: 8:15 AM (Train No. 20673) reaching Pune at 1:30 PM on the same day.
  • Departure from Pune: 2:15 PM (Train No. 20674) reaching Kolhapur at 7:40 PM on the same day.
  • Inauguration: Flagged off by Hon’ble PM via video conference from the Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus station, Kolhapur.
  • Halts: Miraj, Sangli, Kirloskarwadi, Karad, and Satara.
  • Composition: 8 Vande Bharat coaches.
  • Booking: Available at computerized centers or online at IRCTC.

Pune-Hubballi Vande Bharat Express:

  • Tri-weekly Service: Operates every Thursday, Saturday, and Monday.
  • Departure from Pune: 2:15 PM (Train No. 20670) reaching Hubballi at 10:45 PM on the same day.
  • Departure from Hubballi: 5:00 AM (Train No. 20669) reaching Pune at 1:30 PM on the same day.
  • Halts: Satara, Sangli, Miraj, Belagavi, and Dharwad.
  • Composition: 8 Vande Bharat coaches.
  • Booking: Available at computerized centers or online at IRCTC.

Nagpur-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express:

  • Six Days a Week Service: Operates except on Tuesdays.
  • Departure from Nagpur: 5:00 AM (Train No. 20101) reaching Secunderabad at 12:15 PM on the same day.
  • Departure from Secunderabad: 1:00 PM (Train No. 20102) reaching Nagpur at 8:20 PM on the same day.
  • Halts: Sevagram, Chandrapur, Ballarshah, Ramagundam, and Kazipet.
  • Composition: 20 Vande Bharat coaches.
