Eyewitnesses report that the luxury car was speeding when it first struck the Activa, causing the riders to fall and sustain minor injuries. Moments later, the car hit Shaikh’s bike from behind, leading to severe injuries. The police suspect that Tayal may have been driving under the influence of alcohol; a medical examination will determine if intoxication was a factor.
