Woman’s body found in sack on Mumbai-Pune Expressway, murder suspected
A woman’s body was recovered under suspicious circumstances on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway (Yashwantrao Chavan Expressway) on Monday. The body was found in a sack among bushes in Talegaon Dabhade area, near Shirgaon Phata. The woman has not been identified yet.
According to the Pimpri-Chinchwad police, the condition of the body was very bad, making it difficult to identify. Preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased woman could be between 30 and 40 years of age. She was wearing red leggings and a polka-dot kurta.

The police received information about the body being found 100 meters from the Somatne exit of the expressway at around 12:30 pm on Monday.
