Pune’s Lok Sabha MP and Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation has dismissed ongoing social media speculation about his name being considered for the Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
He described the discussions as “relentless and fanciful,” emphasizing the party’s adherence to discipline and decision-making processes.
“Our party, the Bharatiya Janata Party, fought the Maharashtra Assembly Elections under the leadership of Hon. Devendraji. Decisions like these are made by consensus in the Parliamentary Board and not through social media chatter,” he stated. Stressing that party decisions are supreme, he called the social media buzz meaningless and reaffirmed his commitment to BJP’s leadership and principles.
