In an impressive sales feat, Redmi’s newly launched K80 series smartphones have shattered records. The Redmi K80 and K80 Pro, which went on sale in China on November 28, sold over 6.6 lakh units within the first 24 hours. The K80 series is available in three color options—Snow Rock White, Mountain Green, and Mystery Night Black—and comes in five variants. The base Redmi K80, featuring a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage option, is priced at 2,499 Yuan (approximately Rs. 29,170), while the more powerful K80 Pro, priced at 3,699 Yuan (around Rs. 43,180), offers an upgraded Snapdragon 8 Elite 3nm chipset.
The Redmi K80 boasts a 6.67-inch 2K resolution display, a 50MP OIS+ EIS primary camera, and a 6550mAh battery. Meanwhile, the K80 Pro improves on its sibling with a 32MP ultra-wide camera and supports 120W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
