Pune: Pimpri-Chinchwad RTO Announces E-Auction of Seized Vehicles on December 26
The Regional Transport Office (RTO) of Pimpri-Chinchwad has announced an e-auction for vehicles seized for nonpayment of Motor Vehicle Tax and violations under the Motor Vehicles Act. The auction is scheduled to take place on December 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the Pimpri-Chinchwad RTO premises.
Key Auction Details:
- Tax Clearance Deadline: Vehicle owners, drivers, and financiers have until the auction date to clear pending taxes and reclaim their vehicles.
- E-Auction Registration: Interested bidders must register online at www.eauction.gov.in between December 16 and 19, 2024.
- Terms and Conditions: The auction terms and conditions will be available starting December 9, 2024, on the notice board of the Pimpri-Chinchwad RTO. These can be accessed during office hours, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Vehicle Inspection: Prospective buyers can inspect the vehicles from December 9 to 24, 2024, at the RTO office in Moshi, Pimpri-Chinchwad.

- The auction will follow the “as-is-where-is” principle, meaning no guarantees will be provided about the condition of the vehicles.
- The Pimpri-Chinchwad Deputy Regional Transport Officer (DRTO) and Tax Authority reserve the right to cancel or postpone the auction without providing any explanation.
