Pune: APMC Market to remain closed on May 13 for Lok Sabha Elections

Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC), Pune has informed through a press release that all APMC markets and sub-markets will remain closed on May 13 due to polling in Pune and Shirur Lok Sabha Constituencies for Lok Sabha Election 2024.
All the departments of APMC at Gultekdi (Market Yard), including fruit and vegetables, groceries, flowers, bananas, petrol pump and weigh bridge departments will remain closed on May 13.

In addition to Market Yard, the submarkets at Khadki, Manjri and Uttamnagar will also remain closed.
The committee requests farmers not to sell their produce on May 13 during the entire day. Customers are requested to make a note and plan their purchases accordingly.
