Twitter user Bony Uppal (@bonyuppal) described a complete standstill after the Khandala turn on the Mumbai-bound lane, stating, “Long the holiday, longer the jam.” Similarly, Amol Joshi (@iam_amoljoshi) reported a five-kilometer-long traffic jam with vehicles not moving at all, urging others to plan their journeys carefully.

In an unrelated development, another user, Sanket (@sanket77), highlighted issues at a food outlet located on the expressway near Khopoli on the Pune-bound lane. According to Sanket, there was no one available to take orders, and the present staff displayed rude behavior, saying, “Koi nahi hai, mai akela order nahi loonga” (There’s no one else; I won’t take orders alone). This incident adds to the frustrations faced by travelers along the busy route.
