MHADA Lottery: Cheapest house is for Rs 30 lakhs; check prices of other apartments, how to register

To fulfil your desire of owning a house in Mumbai, the MHADA has drawn a lottery for 2030 houses, and the application process for these properties with various reservations has commenced.
Application for lottery for these houses can be made by paying a minimum deposit of 50 thousand and a maximum of 1.5 lakh rupees. From the advertisement, it was seen that the prices of some MHADA houses in Mumbai are in the range of crores.
It has been noticed that the common man’s dream of owning a home in Mumbai is still too far-fetched because the lowest valued house in the lottery for Mhada’s Mumbai home is Rs 30 lakh, while the most expensive house is worth more than Rs 5 crore.
These houses are in different parts of Mumbai city and the price of the house in each location is different.
Low-cost houses of Rs 30-50 lakhs
As per the MHADA advertisement, the price of 210 square feet house in PMGP Colony, Mankhurd Mumbai is Rs 29,37, 266. Similarly, the price of the house in Vikhroli is 35,81,000. Also, the price of a 290-square-feet house in Katramwar Nagar in Vikhroli is Rs 38,11,000 and the house price in Antop Hill Wadala, Nura Bazar, CGS Colony near Mumbai is the lowest. About Rs 41,51,000 have to be paid for a house of approximately 290 square feet here. So, the prices of some houses in low quotas are more than 50 lakhs.
Rs 7 Crore house in Tardeo
In some areas, the cost of MHADA houses is in crores of rupees. Antop Hill has 87 housing units for minority groups. The price of these houses is up to 51 lakhs. There are 88 houses for minority groups in Vikhroli. The price of these houses is Rs 67 lakh rupees. Rs 1 crore 11 Lakhs for middle category houses in Goregaon. MHADA’s house in Crescent Tower in Tardeo is worth Rs 7 crore. Meanwhile, the cost of flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has been reduced by Rs 2.5 lakh from the total subsidy of the central and state governments.

Last date of applications
If you want to participate in the MHADA draw, you can apply till September 4 till 3 pm. The last date for accepting deposit is September 4 at 11.59 pm. Applicants who have participated in the previous MHADA housing draw as well as those who have registered by uploading the documents, need to update the records of the changes that have occurred in the meantime.
