BramhaCorp distances itself from Vishal Agarwal and Pune Porsche Accident

BramhaCorp Limited has issued a statement in response to recent media reports that incorrectly identified Vishal Agarwal as the company’s Managing Director following the Porsche car accident in Kalyani Nagar, which killed two IT professionals.

They released a press statement and said, “media reports have incorrectly listed Vishal Agrawal as the Managing Director/Director of BramhaCorp Limited. This information is misleading and false. Vishal Agrawal is the owner of Bramha Realty & Infrastructure Private Limited, which has no affiliation or association with BramhaCorp Limited in any capacity.”

The press release from BramhaCorp went on to say, “We want to clarify that BramhaCorp Limited does not have any business relation or Co-ownership Or Joint venture Or any other business association with Vishal Agrawal or his family members. It is important to note that BramhaCorp had no involvement or connection with the incident. The directors of BramhaCorp and Bramha Realty & Infrastructure manage their respective companies independently, and any assertions otherwise are incorrect.”

The statement from Bramhacorp sought to clarify the confusion prevailing in communication by some media channels and ended by saying, “At BramhaCorp we uphold law at utmost importance and we hold a very high ethical value.
