Christ (Deemed to be University) Lavasa Successfully Conducts Leadership Training Programme on Innovation, Strategy, and Leadership
The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy at Christ (Deemed to be University) Lavasa hosted an extremely productive two-day Leadership Training Programme on 3 and 4 October 2024.
The theme of the programme was ‘Innovation, Strategy, and Leadership’. A two-day event for all delegates from various institutions under the Agnel Technical Education Complex in Goa. There were participants from
Agnel Institute of Technology and Design, Agnel Institute of Food Crafts & Culinary Sciences, Fr. Agnel M.H.S. School, Verna Goa, and the Center for Incubation and Business Acceleration (CIBA).
Highly reputed resource persons, such as Dr. Jibrael Jos, Dr. Anil D’Souza, Dr. Amit Sheth, Dr. Fr. Lijo Thomas, Dr. Blesson James, Mr. Pankaj Munshi, and Ms. Arpita Ghosh, enlightened the participants on aspects of leadership and strategic innovation, and through the various sessions, emphasis was given in each to the ways innovation and strategic thinking will aid them to survive today’s fast-changing world.
Interactive and Informative Sessions
The participants enjoyed the interactive nature of the program that helped them to participate meaningfully in discussions and actualize the lessons learned into practice back at their various institutions to lead. Passing practical tools, strategic know-how gave the participant an idea of leadership in different settings.
This collaborative environment has also enabled good networking opportunities that have fostered better and more engaging experiences. From this, participants can develop knowledge in leadership and innovation. As a result, participants were able to evolve and enhance their perspectives on leadership and innovation with potential applications across diverse sectors.
