MahaRERA to launch new website ‘MahaCRITI’ tomorrow, check online training link to use its features

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) will launch its brand new and more user-friendly website ‘MahaCRITI’ on September 1 at 00.00 hours. During the migration to the new website, the existing MahaRERA’s website may go offline on August 30 and 31.

During this transition period, the technical team will perform various tweaks and checks to provide better user experience. MahaRERA emphasizes that this upgrade will provide users with improved functionality and easier access to information regarding real estate transactions, approvals, and regulations.

MahaRERA will also conduct classroom and online training for all real estate stakeholders to facilitate familiarity, easy navigation and user friendliness of MahaCRITI.

During this training, it will provide guidance on the following new features of the website;

  • Guidance to citizens on how to file complaints and its further process alongwith advice from lawyers
  • Training for builders and their organizations on how to use the website for routine tasks like registration of new housing projects, repairs, renovations as per requirement, three months progress report, annual progress report, project completion form 4
  • Agents will also be guided regarding registration, repair, renewal
  • Maharera will also help to solve the real estate related problems of all these during the training period

There is training to guide and help so that no one faces any problem while actually using it, said Ajay Mehta, President, Maharera

The training, that commenced on Thursday, will continue on August 30 and September 1 at MahaRERA’s head office situated in Bandra-Kurla Complex. The real estate regulator has announced training schedule on the website. Videos on the training demo shall also be made available on MahaRERA’s portal.

The stakeholders are encouraged to participate in these sessions for a hands-on experience with the new system.

The training’s second phase will be available for two weeks after the website goes live on September 1. The training module will also guide the complainants as well as lawyers on complaint registration and its further process.
