Pune, September 12, 2024: The Srimant Dagdusheth Halwai Public Ganapati Trust, in collaboration with Suvarnayug Tarun Mandal, received a grand offering of 351 kg of Bundi Modak to Dagdusheth Ganapati during the 132nd year of the festival.

This massive offering was made by the Malani Parivar of Prabhat Farsan House, and the Modak was later distributed as Prasad to the devotees.

The Bundi Modak, made with sajuk ghee, saffron, motichur, and dry fruits, has been an annual tradition by the Malani family.

During the this event, several dignitaries from political, educational, administrative, and social sectors paid their respects to Dagdusheth Ganapati. Prominent visitors included senior educationist Dr. S.B. Mujumdar, MP Dr. Amol Kolhe, former MP Manoj Kotak, Indian shooter Swapnil Kusale, and Pimpri-Chinchwad Commissioner Shekhar Singh.
