Pune: The 9th edition of the Indrayani River Cyclothon 2025, held on January 19, 2025, turned out to be an extraordinary event, bringing together over 35,000 cyclists in a massive push for a greener and healthier future. The event, filled with energy and enthusiasm, left an indelible mark on participants and attendees alike.

This year’s cyclothon was a landmark occasion with the debut of the Wheelchair Marathon, a part of the inspiring Divyang | Purple Jallosh 2025, emphasizing inclusivity and celebrating the spirit of differently-abled individuals. The event also witnessed the presence of prominent dignitaries from sports, spirituality, and politics, further boosting its significance as a grand awareness drive.

The success of the event was a collective effort, with exceptional support from organizations such as the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), Pimpri-Chinchwad Police, Avirat Shramdaan, Cycle Mitra, Mahesh Dada Sports Foundation, and numerous environmentally conscious NGOs and citizens.
