Pune: Khadakwasla Dam Chain Project Receives First Major Rainfall of the Season
The Khadakwasla dam chain project, comprising of a chain of four dams, namely Panshet, Warasgaon, Temghar and Khadakwasla, a crucial water supply source for Pune, received rain throughout the night last night.
This resulted in the recording of 100 mm of rain yesterday, marking the first significant rainfall of the season.
Consequently, the chain of dams registered a water storage level of nine and a half TMC.
