Pune Metro Launches Toilet Seva App for Commuters Convenience
Pune Metro Rail authorities have launched ‘Toilet Seva App’. This new app aims to enhance passenger convenience and encourage their involvement towards managing the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities.
On June 20, 2024, Mahametro Managing Director Shravan Hardikar (B.P.S.) and Amol Bhinge of Toilet Seva App launched the Toilets Seva App. The app provides users with the location of toilets in Pune Metro stations and allows them to provide feedback.
Through the Toilets Seva app, users can report issues related to cleanliness, water availability, faucets, and basins in the toilets. Complaints can be easily conveyed to the concerned organization, and after addressing the issue, the organization will provide feedback to the complainant.
