Pune police arrest man faking as police officer and hitting people as seen in a video
Pune police arrested a man on June 30 for faking as a police officer and hitting people under the influence of alcohol.
On June 30, a man named Sushant Parte was seen in a video shared by Pune police wearing police uniform and walking around at a busy intersection in Pune.
He was hitting people under the guise of being a policeman.

When Pune police intervened, they discovered he was an unemployed youth named Sushant Parte, impersonating as a police officer and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Vishrambaug police arrested the man and registered a case against him under IPC section 420, 170 & section 85 of the Maharashtra liquor act.
