Fully digitalized, the facility ensures seamless, paperless operations, with specialized dismantling stations for components like tyres, batteries, fuel, and gases. The process is meticulously designed to maximize material recovery while meeting stringent safety and sustainability standards.

This new venture strengthens the Tata Group’s commitment to a circular economy and sustainable innovation. Girish Wagh, Executive Director of Tata Motors, highlighted the significance of the initiative in advancing mobility solutions and contributing to national sustainability goals. With Re.Wi.Re, Tata International aims to lead India’s transition to organized and eco-conscious vehicle recycling.

The Pune facility joins the network of Re.Wi.Re centers already operational in Jaipur, Bhubaneshwar, Surat, Chandigarh, and Delhi NCR, setting new benchmarks in vehicle lifecycle management.
