Traffic disruption on Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Saturday and Sunday for maintenance
Traffic diversions announced on Pune bound channels of Mumbai-Pune Expressway on May 18 and 19 to facilitate technical inspection and repair of ITMS gantries.
MSRDC has announced traffic diversions due to technical inspection and repair work on gantries for Intelligent Traffic Management System on Mumbai Pune Expressway at Km 57 and 55 on the Pune-bound channel.
Saturday May 18
Traffic will be completely closed on Pune channel from 10.30 am to 12 pm on May 18. During this period all the vehicles on the expressway will be diverted towards Pune via Shandong, Khopoli National Highway no. 48.
Sunday, May 19
On May 19, from 10.30 am to 12 pm, all vehicles on the expressway will be stopped at Kusgaon and diverted to National Highway no. 48 to Pune via Dehu Road.
The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has informed that the motorists should plan their journey accordingly, if the motorists on the expressway face any problem during this period, they should contact the Mumbai-Pune expressway control room at 9822498224 or the highway police department at 9833498334.
