- 90-Day Inactivity Check: If you don’t use your SIM card (no calls, texts, data, or other services) for 90 days, it risks deactivation.
- Rs 20 Balance Deduction: If you have more than Rs 20 in your account after 90 days of inactivity, Rs 20 will be deducted automatically to keep your SIM active for another 30 days.
- Cycle of Deduction: This process will continue monthly as long as your balance is Rs 20 or more.
- Deactivation and Reactivation: If your balance drops below Rs 20, your SIM will be deactivated. However, you can reactivate it within 15 days by recharging with Rs 20.
