VIBGYOR Rise Students Perform Street Play on Climate Change, Inspire Collective Action
In a powerful display of creativity and activism, students from VIBGYOR Rise, Pimple Saudagar took to the streets to perform a thought-provoking street play on climate change. The event, titled “The Future in Our Hands,” aimed to raise awareness about the pressing issue of ‘Climate Change’ and inspire actions among the audience.
The play portrayed the consequences of carbon emissions, deforestation and pollution, leaving a drastic impact on the environment.
The students’ message resonated deeply with the passers-by who stopped and took note of the immersive act which encouraged them to reflect on their daily habits and make conscious choices to reduce their carbon footprint.
As the play concluded, the audience erupted into applause, praising the students for their outstanding performance and thought-provoking message. Everyone congratulated them on their initiative and expressed gratitude for the awareness act.
The event served as a testament to the power of youth-led initiatives in driving social change. The students aptly demonstrated, that the future is indeed in our hands, and a collective action can ensure a sustainable and environmentally conscious tomorrow.

This event is part of a larger initiative by VIBGYOR group of schools in collaboration with Climate Academy, Belgium, which is founded by noted Author and Philosopher Mr. Matthew Pye. The street play was organised under the supervision of Ms.Umadevi K, overseen by Ms.Rati, the Vice Principal and Ms. Meenakshi, the Principal of VIBGYOR Rise, Pimple Saudagar to ensure effective and firm stand taken by the students.

Our young students have made this attempt with the hope of sustaining this planet and giving equal opportunity of better life and health to future generations.
